Former Manchester United, Chelsea and Real Madrid head coach Jose Mourinho is now the Tottenham Hotspur Coach.

The Portuguese signed a contract with the London club until the end of the 2022/23 season, the official website of Spurs reports.

Mourinho was replaced in Tottenham by Mauricio Pochettino, who was fired on Tuesday.

Earlier it was reported that Mourinho agreed to the same salary (about 13 million euros per year) that Pochettino had, while Mourinho earned 20 million per season at Manchester United, in his last club.

After the 12th Premier League game, Tottenham Hotspur takes 14th place in the Premier League table. After 4 matches in the Champions League, Londoners are second in their group after Bayern.

Tottenham fired Pochettino and will pay him 12.5 million pounds forfeit. Mourinho seems to be the new coach.
